- Prepare the slow cooker.
- Place chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add diced onion and garlic.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and queso cheese dip.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken after cooking.
- Warm the tortillas before serving.
- Serve and garnish with cilantro.
