- 2 ribeye steaks 1 inch thick
- 6 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove steaks and let them rest while preparing the garlic sauce.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley, mixing well.
