Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
