Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce for topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed.
