  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 8 slices of thick bread Brioche or Challah recommended
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
