While the tots bake, prepare the bravas sauce if using a homemade version.
Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven.
Drizzle the bravas sauce generously over the crispy tots.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top while the sauce is still warm.
Return the loaded tots to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro.
