  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and ground cinnamon.
