Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned pork tenderloin.
  5. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar into the skillet around the pork.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice and serve with the pan juices or your choice of sauce.
