- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled pastry to a greased tart pan.
- Arrange the apple slices over the pastry in a circular pattern.
- Sprinkle the grated white cheddar evenly over the apples.
- Drizzle honey over the top and scatter thyme leaves.
- Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
