Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides (about 6-8 minutes per side).
  4. Remove chicken from skillet, dice it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add cauliflower and broccoli florets, sautéing until tender (about 5 minutes).
  6. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, sautéed vegetables, heavy cream, and seasoning, mixing well.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
