Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  • Place the baking dish into the freezer for at least 3-4 hours until set.
