Method
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the top of the yogurt mixture.
- Place the baking dish into the freezer for at least 3-4 hours until set.
- Once fully set, remove from the freezer and lift out the bark using the parchment paper.
- Cut the bark into pieces and enjoy.
