- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- While the chicken rests, prepare the lettuce and croutons in a bowl.
- Slice the chicken and layer it on top of the lettuce mixture.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing generously over the top and finish with Parmesan cheese.
