- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the cabbage for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet and mix well.
- Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes until the kale is wilted.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the vegetables.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving.
