Sautéed Cabbage and Kale with Garlic Delight

- 1 medium head of green cabbage thinly sliced
- 4 cups kale stems removed and roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sauté the cabbage for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped kale to the skillet and mix well.
Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes until the kale is wilted.
Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the vegetables.
