Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss with butter and Italian seasoning.
Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles, garnishing with chopped parsley.
