Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles.
