- 1 wheel of brie cheese about 8 oz
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme chopped (optional)
- 1 baguette or assorted crackers for serving
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the baking dish. Place a parchment paper or lightly grease a small oven-safe dish.
Place the brie wheel in the center of the baking dish.
Top the brie with cranberries, chopped pecans, and drizzle honey over the top.
Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top, if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is gooey and the toppings are slightly toasted.
