Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese about 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme chopped (optional)
  • 1 baguette or assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the baking dish. Place a parchment paper or lightly grease a small oven-safe dish.
  • Place the brie wheel in the center of the baking dish.
  • Top the brie with cranberries, chopped pecans, and drizzle honey over the top.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top, if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is gooey and the toppings are slightly toasted.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve with baguette slices or crackers for dipping.
