- 2 beef fillets about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly cracked
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Season the beef fillets with salt and black pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned beef fillets to the hot skillet.
