- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained
- 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
- 1 can 10.5 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the crockpot.
Stir in the drained kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder over the mixture.
Fold in the chopped green bell pepper and onion.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
