  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 oz bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  • In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
