- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
