- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 oz bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
