Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 oz bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
