Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 cup cooked rice or cauliflower rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  3. Add in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until incorporated.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
