  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers about 50 wrappers
  • oil for frying about 2 cups
  • sweet chili sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing crab meat and cream cheese.
  2. Assemble the wonton wrappers.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot.
  4. Fry the assembled crab rangoon bombs.
  5. Remove and drain.
  6. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
