Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl with the garlic mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Soak the skewers in water (if using wooden skewers) for about 30 minutes.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the skewers from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
