- 1 medium head of cabbage shredded
- 200 g egg noodles cooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the cabbage and noodles.
Sauté garlic and ginger.
Combine cabbage and noodles in a mixing bowl.
Form the buns.
Fry the buns.
Drain and serve.
