Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage shredded
  • 200 g egg noodles cooked
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the cabbage and noodles.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger.
