Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the chickpeas by draining, rinsing, and drying them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices.
  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring them halfway through.
  • Once they’re crispy, remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
