- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the chickpeas by draining, rinsing, and drying them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
