- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chickpeas by draining, rinsing, and drying them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring them halfway through.
- Once they’re crispy, remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
