Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, thyme, and garlic powder.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it out into a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture onto the center of the dough circle.
  • Fold the points of the crescent dough over the filling, pinching edges to seal tightly.
  • Brush the tops of the dough with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
