Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
Add the milk to the mixture and gently combine until all ingredients are just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
Using your hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet as you go.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite sauce, in a sub, or on their own.
