Prepare the marinade by mixing honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the chicken in a bowl or zip-lock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the skillet to cook, discarding the remaining marinade.
Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the chicken, drizzle with any remaining sauce from the pan, and garnish with parsley before serving.
