Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2-4 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking dish, spacing them apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the chicken against the grain and serve immediately.
