Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2-4 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking dish, spacing them apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice the chicken against the grain and serve immediately.
