Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter chilled and cubed
  • 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
  • 1 pound ground meat beef, lamb, or chicken
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour and salt.
