Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 package of potsticker wrappers about 30 pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons chili oil to taste
  • 2 cups baby bok choy chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening

Method
 

  1. Prepare the dumpling filling.
  2. Fill and shape the potstickers.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet.
  4. Pan-fry the potstickers until golden.
  5. Add broth to the skillet.
  6. Incorporate bok choy and chili oil.
  7. Let the soup simmer.
